Returns and refunds

1.1 If the Customer entering into the contract is a consumer (i.e. any natural person who uses the website https://www.ducadascalona.com/ for purposes other than any business or professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by communicating it to Duca D'Ascalona SRL within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party (appointed by the Customer) acquires physical possession of the goods. The deadline is considered respected if the Customer has returned the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
1.2 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
• Returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not in their parts or components;
• Returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• Returned Products must be sent to Duca D'Ascalona SRL in a single shipment. Duca D'Ascalona reserves the right not to accept Products from the same Order returned and shipped at different times;
• Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
• Returned Products must be shipped at the Customer's expense via a courier of his/her choice or sent by registered mail within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the same;
1.3 If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the previous conditions (paragraph 1.2), Duca D'Ascalona SRL is required to refund the sums paid by the customer no later than 14 days from the moment the customer is informed of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that Duca D'Ascalona SRL has already received the returned goods. Duca D'Ascalona SRL will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction for the refund. The amount to be refunded is net of any payment method fees incurred by Duca D'Ascalona SRL.
1.4 In the event of withdrawal with return of the purchased Products, the shipping costs and those for delivery of the new goods will be borne by the Customer.
1.5 Duca D'Ascalona undertakes to cover the initial shipping costs of the Products only in the event of damage to the Products during transport or shipping errors. Only in these cases will Duca D'Ascalona SRL also refund the amount paid for shipping costs. The refunded amount is net of any payment method fees incurred by Duca D'Ascalona SRL.
1.6 In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Duca D'Ascalona SRL will provide the corresponding refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the returned Products according to the methods indicated above, by crediting the amount to be refunded using the same payment method chosen at the time of the purchase order. The amount to be refunded is net of any commissions on the payment methods incurred by Duca D'Ascalona SRL.
1.7 The right of withdrawal is excluded and therefore cannot be exercised in the event that purchased products have been customized at the express request of the Customer when placing the purchase order.
